The New Bethel is a vessyl. It's a boat that floats near the coast. Back with much to boast. Large Format Color Photography will hang on walls and artists' pride will shine. "Down the Line," the balding man sang and it didn't mean much to me and the food plate in front of me. I was surprised how good LA smelled. I didn't rememberr that sweetness that dwelled. The most dignified town that I've ever rolled around. The tarot card readers traded knowledge for whatever was available. The fruit stands. The herbalists. The broken down trolleys weren't moving for us. The old friends made the same jokes but they still made me laugh and laugh and laugh. Earthquakes in baseball stadiums. The glances from strangers, "Are you feeling this?" The hurried calls to loved ones on cellular/portable/mobile telephones. The baseballs never stopped moving and game went into extra innings. Follow the olive trees, and the signs for pea soup. Meet your old friend the concrete river. The Aquaduct serves multiple purposes water for drinking, farming, and bathing plus a power source for millions more, the romans would have envied us. Vista spots feature restaurants, gas stations, bathrooms with beatiful 60 foot palms, and the flatest land you'll ever see polluted with power lines and cell towers, and surprisingly it's beautiful. |
